Condotel Terms & Conditions

1. Any booking made or order placed by you shall be deemed to be an offer by you to purchase the relevant condotel accommodation subject to these booking conditions. No contract between you and Aveon Realty shall come into existence until Aveon Realty (a) issues a booking confirmation by email, fax or post; and (b) receives payment in full.
2. Payment in full is required at the time of booking. Payment should be made to Aveon Realty via direct deposit to its bank account which shall be given to you via email or telephone. You agree to be financially responsible for all transactions made through Aveon Realty, including room charges, taxes, duties and fees in connection with a booking. The reservation will be held for 48 hours in order for you to signify acceptance by making payment in full. If payment has not been made within 48 hours of notification the reservation will be automatically cancelled.
3. Bookings will not be accepted less than 72 hours prior to the date of arrival.
4. A cancellation charge equivalent to the first nights accommodation will be incurred by you if the cancellation is made less than 3 months prior to your scheduled date of arrival. A cancellation made more than 3 months prior to your date of arrival will incur no charge.
If you do not arrive at the accommodation on the date on which you are booked to arrive or you leave the accommodation earlier than the date on which you are booked to leave, then you will only be entitled to cancel the booking from the time when Aveon Realty receives notification from you during Aveon Realty working hours. All such cancellations are subject to you incurring the charge for the next 24 hours accommodation after Aveon Realty's receipt of notification.
Requests for cancellation must be made via email to info@aveon.com.ph. All requests for a refund must be received in writing with supporting documents within 30 days from checking-out of Crown Tower Condominium. |
